Where we ship

We ship across India from Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Orders can go to a single address or be split across multiple recipients on request.

Dispatch timelines

Branded products are made to order. The dispatch date depends on the product, quantity and branding method, and is confirmed in writing with your quote after artwork approval. Festive periods such as Diwali are busier, so please order early.

Shipping charges

Shipping charges depend on weight, volume and destination and are shown in your confirmed quote or proforma invoice before payment.

Tracking

Once dispatched, we share courier and tracking details on WhatsApp or email.

Damaged in transit

Please check your shipment on delivery. If anything arrives damaged, share photos and the unboxing details with us within 48 hours so we can arrange a replacement. See our returns policy.
